This recipe from Rick Stein’s Seafood Odyssey is new on the menu in Porthleven and is perfect to enjoy as a summer treat whilst enjoying views of the harbour.

Rick says “This is a cracker – and the remarkable thing about this dish is that although the spices, chilli, garlic and ginger make it quite hot and aromatic, they don’t seem to hide the flavour of the lobster.”
