MUSSELS EN CROUSTADE WITH LEEKS AND WHITE WINE

Rick says: “When my business partner, Jill, first saw this she said it seemed a bit old-fashioned, the type of thing restaurants served in the seventies. Or the sort of dish that might have appeared in the magazine I used to write for in the early eighties, Woman’s Realm. All this is true but it’s also true that it’s lovely, the sort of dish you’d be grateful for a restaurant to have on its menu.”
