Mussels with chilli, tomato and parsley

As featured in Rick’s classic Seafood Odyssey and on our menus in Sandbanks, Barnes and The Seafood Restaurant, we’d love you to cook mussels with chilli, tomato and parsley for your friends and family at home. Rick says: “This dish is so easy, but I know it’s just the sort of dish that people will cook because, to be honest, it’s the sort of thing I used to cook between getting home from the restaurant after lunch and whizzing out again for the evening service.”
