Spicy green mango salad with smoked mackerel

Try making this dish at home or join us at our café in Padstow to enjoy it as a starter. Rick says: “This salad is hot with bird’s-eye chilli, but it needs to be for the correct balance of flavour. If you can’t get green mango, kohlrabi works well and you can swap the mackerel for any smoked oily fish.”
