Join us for a special wine masterclass to journey through Veneto with our sommelier Federico as he offers insight in to a unique sample of three of our favourite wines and the perfect dishes from Rick’s Venice to Istanbul cookery book to pair them with.

Learn how to prepare one of Rick’s most iconic and popular dishes, Indonesian seafood curry with of course, a glass of wine and taster along the way.
Your hour-long masterclass will cover demos of:

We used to sell lobster thermidor 20 years ago, but fashion changed. Now there’s a renaissance of classic French seafood dishes. Learn how to prepare one of Rick’s Lobster Thermidor, he’s made it lighter and more fragrant and it’s rather popular in our Restaurants and at home. Enjoy your Master Class with of course, a glass of wine and taster along the way.
