Join us across our restaurants during April and May to celebrate all that is great about Cornwall – the county where our heritage began when Rick and Jill opened The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow over 40 years ago, and in 2019 continues to be at the heart of what we do. It’s also home to many of our food heroes that supply us with the best of the best, including Matthew Stevens Fish, Cornish fishermen like Danny Phillips (meet him in our video below), Philip Warren Butchers and Padstow Kitchen Garden – without them our restaurants wouldn’t be the same.
Cornish monkfish, hake, lobster, clams, mussels and lamb will be featured on some of our restaurants menus during the celebration, all cooked to Rick’s tried and tested recipes.
